Building with panels, because of the multiple advantages it offers, is strongly developing allover the world. The province of Quebec has played a precursor’s part in the prefab homes’ field and/or in panel built homes.

PRESTIGE PANEL has decided to offer a wood frame free construction system, while meeting the highest construction standards.

The result of our research and development program is a 4’ X 8’ panel made of a 3,5 inches thick insolating foam core, covered with two 7/16 inches thick oriented wood particles boards (OSB) . The panel’s thickness may vary according to yours needs as well as the length.

The exterior panel skin can also be made of fibrocement and therefore allows meeting specific building or certain countries’ standards. The polyisocyanurate foam meets the ASTM E-72-04 standards.
